To develop a list of activities and the calories associated with those activities input your weight, select an activity and input the duration of that activity. Click the Log Activity button to add that item to your calorie counter.

Remember: Exercising harder and faster only increases the calories expended slightly. To burn more calories it is best to exercise for a longer period of time.
