Gluten Free Double Vegan Mushroom Cheeseburger

Ingredients

Yves Veggie Cuisine® Gluten Free Veggie Burgers
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
8 vegan cheese slices
BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Sauté mushrooms and onions on medium in the olive oil and salt until onions are translucent and mushrooms are firm but flexible, about 5 minutes.
  2. Grill Yves Veggie Cuisine® Gluten Free Veggie Burgers according to the package instructions.
  3. Once cooked, move burgers off the flame.
  4. Place 2 slices of vegan cheese on one burger and cover with the other. Allow cheese to melt in between.
  5. Place burgers on a gluten free bun, top with mushrooms, onions and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
