1/2 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
1/3 cup butter, melted
4 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 pkg (8.4 oz) Yves Veggie Cuisine® Falafel Balls

In small saucepan set over medium-high heat, combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and cayenne. Cook, whisking often, for about 5 minutes or until mixture is well combined and comes to boil. Let cool slightly.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss Falafel Balls with sauce; transfer to baking dish. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with carrot and celery sticks, and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Serve on toasted Kaiser buns or baguette with mayo, lettuce and sliced tomatoes to create a Crispy Buffalo Falafel sandwich.
