2 slices cranberry raisin focaccia or rosemary focaccia
2 tsp (10 mL) margarine
3 slices Yves Veggie Cuisine® Veggie Turkey Slices
2 large pieces Europe’s Best® Roasted Gourmet Red & Yellow Peppers Parilla
2 thin slices (1 oz/30 g) Brie cheese
Leaf lettuc

Directions

  1. Toast focaccia, spread with margarine.
  2. Place veggie turkey slices on one slice of bread.
  3. Place pepper strips on veggie turkey.
  4. Top with Brie slices and lettuce.
  5. Place other slice of bread on top.
