Classic Veggie Pepperoni Pizza

1 tbsp fine cornmeal (optional)
1 ball (1 lb) prepared pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1 pkg (4.2 oz) Yves Veggie Cuisine® Veggie Pepperoni
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

  • Preheat oven to 450° F and place rack on lowest position in oven. Grease 14-inch round pizza pan and sprinkle with cornmeal (if using).
  • On lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough and fit into pan. Spread sauce over dough, leaving 1/2-inch border all around. Sprinkle with cheese and red pepper. Arrange Veggie Pepperoni over top.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown, mozzarella is melted and Veggie Pepperoni is crisp around edges. Let stand for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with basil before serving.


The topping possibilities are endless; try Veggie Pepperoni with green pepper and mushrooms, or Veggie Pepperoni with pineapple and red onion.
