4 hamburger buns
8 slices grilled sweet potato
1/4 cup (60 mL) guacamole
1/4 cup (60 mL) salsa
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Don’t settle for a boring burger. This meatless burger is bursting with fresh flavours.
1. Grill burgers according to package directions. Grill buns until lightly toasted.
2. Sandwich burgers in buns with sweet potato, guacamole, salsa and red onion.
Add an additional kick by using hot salsa or your favourite hot sauce.
