1 pkg (240 g) Yves Veggie Cuisine® Falafel Balls
3 oz (90 g) Cheddar cheese, cut into 12 pieces
12 cherry tomatoes
12 pieces chopped red onion (about 1-inch/2.5 cm pieces)
12 pieces romaine lettuce
3/4 cup (175 mL) Thousand Island dressing
Thread cheeseburger falafels, tomatoes, red onion and lettuce pieces onto 12 skewers. Serve with Thousand Island dressing.
If desired, add a sliced pickle or pickled jalapeño slice to each skewer.
